Maintenance-Custodian Assistant

Canton Mancan is assisting a local company in hiring a Maintenance Custodian Assistant

*1 year of Manufacturing expereince
** HS Diploma or Equivalent
** Valid DL and dependable transportation

** 1st Shift : 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM, Monday-Friday
** $18.00- $22.00 / Hr based on Experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Restrooms, Lunchrooms, shop floors, and common areas
2. Empty trash, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
3. Assist with general building and equipment maintenance
4. Perform basic repairs, painting / preventative maintenance as assigned.
5. Help move equipment, materials and furniture.
6. Maintain the grounds, snow removal, and litter clean up
7. Operate cleaninng equipment and basic hand and power tools safely.
8. Report maintenance issues and safety hazards to the Maintenance Supervisor
9. Follow all company safety policies andx wear required PPE
