Job Description

·                     Lead and oversee all audit and review processes for complete payroll operations

·                     Administer and manage 401K programs and employee benefit audits for a multi-state workforce of 2,000+ salaried employees

·                     Serve as the cross-functional leader bridging payroll staff and eight manufacturing sites

·                     Review and analyze payroll, benefit, and tax procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency

·                     Coordinate year-end processing of payroll, W-2 forms, and other critical tax documentation

Key Requirements

·                     Demonstrated experience with ADP payroll systems

·                     Proven payroll leadership experience within a manufacturing or distribution environment

·                     BS/BA degree required
