**Pay:** $16.25/hour + **$1.00/hour Shift Differential**
**Shift:** MondayFriday, **3:00 PM 11:00 PM**
**Overtime:** Mandatory overtime as needed

Looking for a hands-on manufacturing position with a stable schedule? We're seeking a dependable **Waxer Operator** to join our production team in Alliance. This role is responsible for operating waxer machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

### Job Responsibilities:

* Set up and prepare materials according to work orders and production specifications.
* Operate waxer equipment safely while monitoring product quality.
* Inspect materials and report damaged or defective items.
* Verify product specifications including size, grade, temperatures, and machine settings.
* Weigh, inspect, and label finished products accurately.
* Move finished materials safely throughout the production area.
* Complete production reports and ERP transactions.
* Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and housekeeping standards.
* Monitor equipment performance and report any maintenance concerns.
* Assist in other production areas as needed through cross-training.

### Qualifications:

* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Ability to read a tape measure and interpret work orders.
* Basic math skills.
* Ability to safely lift and position a **135-pound shaft with assistance**.
* Manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
* Must be dependable and willing to work mandatory overtime when needed.
