Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Missouri Special Education (MO SPED) certification required
• Previous experience working with elementary-level students, especially in grades 3–5, preferred

• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborative spirit for partnering with classroom teachers, specialists, and families
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
