Production Worker

Mancan is partnering with a local company to hire a reliable and hardworking team member to join their team!

We are currently seeking candidates for a Manufacturing/Production Associate position. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working as part of a team, and contributing to a quality-driven production environment.

$18-$20 based on skill set
$22-$24 for more skilled w/ supervisor exp.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform general production and assembly duties while following safety and quality standards
Operate equipment and tools as needed
Inspect products to ensure they meet company specifications
Assist with material handling, organization, and maintaining a clean work area
Follow work instructions and meet daily production goals
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
