Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting our client in the health and nutrition sector. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the coordination of clinical studies and execute ongoing follow-up visits, ensuring strict compliance with protocols, SOPs, and GCP guidelines.
- Manage daily operational tasks such as document review, data entry, preparation of test materials, and collection of clinical data.
- Organize and conduct pre-study meetings and respond to queries from Quality Assurance and Statistics departments.
- Prepare and maintain all study documentation including protocol amendments, case report forms, and study-specific documents.
- Coordinate, schedule, and monitor compliance of study subjects and panelists.
- Ensure proper adherence to safety, quality management, and laboratory practices in all aspects of study operation.
- Address and resolve issues with panelists, arrange project work, and assist with additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Associate Degree or at least 2 years of relevant experience with a GED or High School Diploma.
- Understanding of clinical research concepts and willingness to learn new processes.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently in a highly professional setting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Fit for Duty medical assessment required.
