Title: Clinical Research Coordinator I, II or III
Pay: $23-$30/hour DOE

Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator I for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting our client in the health and nutrition sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the coordination of clinical studies and execute ongoing follow-up visits, ensuring strict compliance with protocols, SOPs, and GCP guidelines.
  • Manage daily operational tasks such as document review, data entry, preparation of test materials, and collection of clinical data.
  • Organize and conduct pre-study meetings and respond to queries from Quality Assurance and Statistics departments.
  • Prepare and maintain all study documentation including protocol amendments, case report forms, and study-specific documents.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and monitor compliance of study subjects and panelists.
  • Ensure proper adherence to safety, quality management, and laboratory practices in all aspects of study operation.
  • Address and resolve issues with panelists, arrange project work, and assist with additional tasks as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Associate Degree or at least 2 years of relevant experience with a GED or High School Diploma.
  • Understanding of clinical research concepts and willingness to learn new processes.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and work efficiently in a highly professional setting.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Fit for Duty medical assessment required.
