Adecco is assisting a client in St. Albans, VT with hiring a Chemist for a long-term assignment. This is a first-shift opportunity working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering $60,000-$75,000 annually based on experience.
In this role, you will perform and document the analysis of components, intermediates, and finished products while following approved test methods, SOPs, safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include analyzing samples, reviewing and calculating data, assisting with method development and validation, supporting instrument calibration and maintenance, and participating in analytical projects under supervision.

Pay Details: $28.85 to $36.05 per hour

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related scientific field
- 0-2 years of experience (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong math, analytical, and communication skills
- Experience with laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis, and dissolution equipment is a plus
- Ability to wear a respirator and work in a laboratory environment
