X-Ray Technician in Cicero, IL

Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years X-Ray experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Join a dynamic healthcare environment as a skilled Imaging Specialist focusing on X-ray technology. This contract opportunity is ideal for a dedicated Radiologic Technologist seeking hands-on experience in both traditional X-ray imaging and supporting imaging within the Operating Room setting.

Schedule Options:

• 9pm – 7am, four 10-hour shifts per week
• 11pm – 7:30am, five 8-hour shifts per week
• Monday through Friday with rotating weekends
• 13-week assignment

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT)
• Proficient in general X-ray imaging techniques and procedures
• Demonstrated experience supporting imaging needs within an Operating Room
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols
• Licensed (or eligible) in the state of Illinois
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills to work closely with surgeons, nurses, and other clinical staff
• Ability to quickly adapt to new equipment and changing priorities
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire diagnostic X-ray images according to physician orders and established protocols
• Provide essential imaging support during surgical procedures in the OR
