About who needs care: Uses a part time walker Chronic pneumonia Trouble swallowing Reading and journaling Talks to kids and friends Gets up, gets showers some days, eats, pills Naps after breakfast and periodic after that Shopping and erands (may end soon) About the care needs: He is not a big talker some what quiet he may not be the ideal person for a someone who wants to engage the patient or discuss the events of the day. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
