Companion Care Needed - Now Hiring

I need senior care provider with experience for my grandmother who lives alone. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Help Staying Physically Active, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Errands / Shopping, Transportation. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some light tidying up is involved. Seeking someone to handle occasional grocery shopping. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). She is experiencing signs of early dementia.
