Nanny Needed

Hello, Im looking for a reliable caregiver mainly for Wednesdays through Fridays. The hours needed are roughly in the afternoon when my shift overlaps with my partners. My mom will be home most of the time, but shes elderly and needs support. So responsibilities would include supervising, engaging with my daughter, light play, and activities, and just overall extra help if my mom needs to step out. Monday and Tuesday are generally covered, but if anything changes, I can communicate that two weeks ahead. Were really hoping to find someone dependable, patient, and kind.
