Camp Counselor

YOUTH DEVELOPMENT COUNSELORS NEEDED!! Make an impact after school. Help Children learn, grow, and thrive. This is an onsite part-time, temporary opportunity that can become temporary-to-direct hire. Locations include the greater Miami area, including Miami Beach, Key Biscayne, and Hialeah. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 1:30pm - 6:00pm.

Some of what you will be doing includes:

• Supervising and supporting groups of school-aged children
\n
• Planning and leading recreational and educational activities
\n
• Promoting safety, positive behavior, and a welcoming environment
\n
• Tracking attendance, children's progress, and required program documentation
\n
• Communicating with parents, guardians, staff, and site personnel
\n
• Safety and risk management training and best practices
\n

Please have at least one year of experience working with children. This is a great opportunity to gain hands on youth development experience while making a difference.
