Fabrication Lead

• Lead and supervise the fabrication team to ensure timely and quality production.
• Develop and implement fabrication processes and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to interpret specifications and drawings.
• Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Train and mentor team members on fabrication techniques and best practices.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage inventory and materials to support fabrication needs.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving fabrication issues as they arise.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Proven experience in fabrication, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of fabrication processes, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a fabrication setting.
