At Home Care Partners is a Licensed Home Care Agency looking for compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides throughout Greene County, NY. Join a growing team dedicated to helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
What We Offer: $18.00–$22.00/hr, same-day pay available, weekly pay, PTO, holiday pay, referral program, and multilingual office staff.
About the Role: Helping clients with bathing, grooming, and dressing; assisting with meals and light housekeeping; providing companionship and daily support; giving medication reminders; reporting changes to the care team; and helping maintain a safe home environment.
