Job Title: Test Operator (AM and PM Shift)

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate reliability, compatibility, and functionality of server products.
- Build, test, and troubleshoot new products.
- Test, benchmark, and document findings for new products.
- Ensure finished products meet company quality standards.
- Perform tests and troubleshoot assemblies or final systems.
- Follow Test Process Instructions (TPI) for accurate execution.
- Determine test specifications, methods, and procedures based on Statement of Work (SOW).
- Complete rework on assemblies and/or systems.
- Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions.
- Assist with unpacking, packaging, labeling, and crating as needed.
Requirements and Education:
- Minimum 6 months of related experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with computer components and handling.
- Ability to regularly lift, push, and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and work on ladders or stools.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Knowledge of basic office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases).
- Understanding of manufacturing systems is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong problem-solving skills and time management.
- Effective at delegation and multitasking.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hours and Compensation:
- AM Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM (Monday – Friday) | $17.50/hour
- PM Shift: 4:15 PM - 12:45 AM (Monday – Friday) | $19.50/hour
- Overtime opportunities available.
- Additional bonus pay for weekend work.
