Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities

  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals

  • Provide skilled speech-language therapy using evidence-based clinical practices

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated, patient-centered care

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment strategies and recommendations

  • Participate in care planning and communicate patient progress with the interdisciplinary team

  • Promote patient safety, independence, communication, and quality of life

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • Current Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure

  • ASHA certification or eligibility preferred

  • Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

  • Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team

Compensation Details

The anticipated rate of $42–$45/hour is intended for clinicians whose experience and qualifications align with the established range.

For new graduates, compensation will be discussed separately and aligned with their skills, qualifications, and level of experience.

Schedule Flexibility

We understand that one schedule does not work for everyone. The center is flexible and willing to work with the right candidate to create a schedule that meets both clinical needs and the clinician's availability.

The typical schedule is Monday–Friday, approximately 32 hours per week, but part-time and alternative scheduling arrangements can be considered. Weekend hours may also be incorporated if that better suits the candidate or facility needs.
