Direct Hire - Maintenance Technician

Position: Direct Hire Maintenance Technician
Location: Brown Summit, NC
Shift: 12 hour rotating shift (2/2/3 schedule)

- Install, maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, service and repair all manner of machinery, equipment and support equipment used in the production process both mechanical and electrical.
- Electrical troubleshooting for a shift maintenance tech is 75%of the job.
- Troubleshooting down to component level, replacing and rewiring as needed. This will include electric motors, motor starters and motor drives. Perform preventive maintenance on electric, and all other equipment.
- Read electrical schematics. 

- Pneumatic and mechanical troubleshooting, as well. Mechanical responsibilities include replacing sprockets, chains, bearings.
- Responsible for changing granulator blades and  extruder dies.
- Pneumatic work includes troubleshooting problems and component replacement. This would include solenoids, valves, regulators, filters, needle valves, etc. 

-Should be able to install, maintain, adjust, troubleshoot, service and repair all manner of machinery, equipment and support equipment used in the production process both mechanical and electrical.
