We’re hiring a Pipe Yard Helpers for our Southeast Houston area client! We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee who can interview immediately!

DESCRIPTION OF YOUR DREAM JOB:

Job Title: Pipe Yard Helper
Location: Southeast Houston area
Pay: $15/hr. plus shift differential
Hours: 7:00am to 5:00pm or 2:30pm to 11:00pm
Duration: Temp-to -Hire
Description of Duties: Southeast Houston area company needs help in their pipe yard. This position is primarily responsible for assisting the forklift operator with loading/unloading product onto or from trucks, and moving pipe within the yard. Ability to follow both verbal and hand signal instructions to identify pipe to be moved. Verifies heat numbers, quantity, and complete chocking of pipe. Installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit. Painting, stenciling, sandblasting and coating pipes.
Requirements: Bilingual in Spanish a plus! Pipe, valve and fitting/flange experience is a plus. Must be able to lift and stack objects up to 50 lbs. occasionally .
