Overview
Location: Remote (PST Hours)
Duration: 3 months
CTG is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Project Manager/Coordinator to support Behavioral Health initiatives. This role is focused on project coordination, technical administration, and operational support rather than direct team leadership or Behavioral Health subject matter expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage project meetings, agendas, action items, and follow-up activities.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting notes.
- Support operational and technical administrative activities related to Behavioral Health programs.
- Assist with project planning, scheduling, and organizational initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Program Coordinator.
- Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Healthcare, Behavioral Health, or Epic experience is preferred but not required.
This role is ideal for a highly organized project professional who excels at keeping projects moving, coordinating stakeholders, and managing the administrative details that drive successful program execution.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $90 to $100 hourly. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
