What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with daily care, including bathing, dressing, and mobility. 
• Monitor residents and report changes to the nursing team. 
• Work closely with nurses to provide excellent resident care. 
• Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment. 
• Support and mentor new CNAs as needed. 

What We're Looking For:

• Current CNA certification. 
• Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented. 
• Strong communication and observation skills. 
• Experience with resident care documentation is a plus.
