• Create customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist potential customers with policy quotes and inquiries.
• Process documents and follow up on applications/cancellations.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
