Job Summary:

Provide nutritional assessments and education to patients and residents.
Assists with diabetes self-management education program.
Creates and recommends educational literature for patient use, menu development, QI and in-service instruction for nutritional staff.
Must be able to multi-task and utilize good communication skills.

Requirements:

*One year of experience in an Acute Care and/or Long Term Care setting preferred
*Previous electronic medical record charting and MDS experience preferred
*Registered Dietitian License in the state of Montana required
