- Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths and goals.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy services.
- Collaborate with families, schools, physicians, and other members of the care team.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
- Support a positive, encouraging environment for children and families.
- Current Georgia Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Pediatric experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for helping children and families succeed.
