MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Monday - Friday

8:30 pm - 7:00 am

$29.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and control systems
Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on manufacturing equipment
Diagnose equipment issues and repair or replace faulty components
Disassemble and reassemble machinery for maintenance and repairs
Conduct functional testing to ensure equipment operates efficiently after service
Adjust, calibrate, clean, and lubricate machinery to maintain optimal performance
Install and relocate machinery and equipment as needed
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance equipment reliability and longevity
Troubleshoot electrohydraulic press systems and other complex machinery

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of 5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong electrical background with the ability to read and interpret schematics
Experience with PLCs, control systems, and hydraulic systems preferred
Knowledge of predictive and preventative maintenance practices
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, climbing, reaching, and crawling
Comfortable working around moving machinery and using required protective equipment
