• Prospect and close new middle-market commercial P&C accounts, focusing heavily on construction, and FL based business.
• Serve as a strategic risk advisor to business owners and executives.
• Utilize dedicated lead-gen resources and internal marketing support to drive pipeline growth.
• Collaborate with dedicated servicing teams to deliver high account retention.

Requirements

• Active p&c license.
• Proven track record in commercial lines production (construction/middle market preferred).
