Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions, including observable physical and behavioral changes

• Assist with the development and implementation of care plans, including setting goals and objectives

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our residents

• Foster a positive and supportive environment, promoting independence and dignity among our residents
