Allegiance Staffing is seeking experienced forklift operators to join a fast-paced food distribution and cold storage warehouse in Elizabethtown, PA. If you have high-reach forklift experience and enjoy working in an active warehouse environment, this is a great opportunity with steady hours, weekly pay, and long-term potential.
Duties:
- Operate stand-up high reach and sit-down forklifts
- Load and unload trailers safely and efficiently
- Move, stage, and store pallets in freezer, dock, and production areas
- Perform product put-away and support order picking operations
- Maintain accuracy while handling materials in a fast-paced warehouse
- Follow safety procedures and keep work areas organized
- Conduct tasks within temperatures ranging from sub-zero to 40°ree;F
Requirements:
- 2 or more years recent high-reach forklift experience (required)
- Experience loading and unloading trailers
- Warehouse and order picking experience
- Cold storage/freezer warehouse experience preferred
- Basic math skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to read, speak, and understand English
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Availability for occasional overtime or weekend work when needed
