Patient Coordinator

Description:

The Patient Coordinator is a key front-line role responsible for scheduling patient appointments and ensuring all patients are appropriately followed up with, especially those who have not responded to outreach or appointment reminders. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide a warm and professional experience for all patients.
