Schedule
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 12-hour shifts
What You'll Be Doing
Every day is a little different, but responsibilities may include:
- Operating a forklift to safely move materials throughout the facility.
- Supporting production by delivering materials where they're needed.
- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Preparing products for shipment, staging materials, and keeping inventory organized.
- Performing equipment inspections and following all safety procedures.
- Using handheld technology to track inventory and material movement.
- Working closely with production and warehouse teams to help keep operations running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Safety-minded and dependable.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
- Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Willing to stay active throughout a 12-hour shift.
- Looking for a long-term opportunity with room to grow.
Physical Requirements
This is an active, hands-on production role. Candidates should be able to:
- Stand and walk for the majority of a 12-hour shift.
- Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 45 pounds, with occasional lifting of up to 100 pounds.
- Push, pull, bend, squat, kneel, reach, and twist throughout the workday.
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements while handling products and materials.
- Work safely around large production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Maintain attention to detail while meeting quality and production standards.
- Previous shipping & receiving experience is a plus, and experience operating specialized material handling equipment is highly valued.
