Overview: Maintenance Mechanic:
The Industrial Maintenance Mechanic will be responsible for handling the electrical and mechanical projects for our facilities including equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance.
This position runs Monday - Friday, with the following shifts: Maintenance Mechanic:
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
QUALIFICATIONS: Maintenance Mechanic:
- Preferred two or more years of experience as an industrial mechanic.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and schematics.
- Skill in applying building and equipment maintenance/repair techniques.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Ability to work overtime with a flex schedule on the weekends.
- Requires some pushing, pulling, or lifting of objects up to 50 pounds.

- This position pays $30.00 - $40.00 per hour depending on experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintenance Mechanic:
- Troubleshoots and repairs various manufacturing equipment.
- Knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics.
- Uses power and hand tools to perform repair and maintenance work.
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, and manufacturer's instructions.
- Install, set up, and tune new injection molding machines or similar plastic molding systems. May install and maintain fixtures and facilities.
- Services equipment used by oiling, greasing, and adding gas as required.
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
- Conserves maintenance resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results.
