Shop Technician

The Shop Technician is responsible for effective repair of heavy equipment, including Develon machinery and components, at our new location in Box Elder, SD.

Job duties include:

• Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble and service equipment as assigned in a safe, professional and timely manner.
• Complete work efficiently and at a high level of quality.
• Document machine information and repairs completed on work order, including parts and fluids usage.
• Maintain a clean work area, as well as care for all shop tools, machines and equipment.
• Identify and communicate solutions for customer service opportunities in the dealership’s area of responsibility.
• Maintain technical and product knowledge on all equipment sold.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with coworkers, with a strong commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.

• Must have inventory of own tools.

• Must have a clean driving record.
