LVN - Behavioral Health

Adelphi is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses to perform advanced vocational nursing work for a facility in Terrell, Texas. The ideal LVNs will be required to Provide for the care, treatment and general welfare of patients who have intellectual disabilities, complex medical, mental health and/or behavioral health issues.

  • Start Date: Oct 2026 (commences when all compliance and clearance requirements have been met by the selected candidate.)

  • Rate: $40/hr

  • Must possess valid LVN license.

  • Must have at least 2 years of experience

  • Must comply with HHSC immunization requirements.

  • Must submit to HHSC required drug test.

  • Must submit to HHSC required fingerprinting.

  • Must complete facility and HHSC required training.

  • Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.

  • Perform computer data entry – Receive full training.

  • Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies, TSH Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.
