Occupational Therapist (OT) – Permanent (SNF)
Location: California 95124
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Permanent
Compensation: $55 – $65/hour
Schedule based on facility needs
Evaluate patients and establish OT treatment plans
Provide ADL-focused rehab interventions
Supervise COTAs and coordinate care delivery
Monitor progress and adjust treatment as needed
Complete accurate, timely documentation
Graduate of accredited OT program
Active California OT license (required)
SNF or rehab experience preferred
Strong clinical and communication skills
