CNA

Location: NY 14527
Pay: $885 – $1,006/week
Hours: 5x7.5hr evening shifts, 37.5 hrs/week; every other weekend & holidays; must attend full-day orientation on Tue or Thu

• Provide direct and indirect resident care under RN supervision

• Assist residents with ADLs: hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, skin care, mobility, feeding

• Maintain resident safety and clean environment; respond to call lights and alarms

• Monitor resident status, report changes to nurse, and document care per protocol

• Support rehabilitative care and resident social/emotional needs

• High School Diploma or GED

• NYS Nursing Assistant Certification (required)

• BLS (AHA or RQI)

• Minimum 1 year CNA experience in long-term care
