P&ID Mechanical Assembly Technician -- Tube/Pipe Fabrication

How you’ll make an impact

• Turn P&IDs and blueprints into assembled piping systems

• Cut and thread pipe to required specs
• Assemble instrumentation tubing and fittings for reliable performance
• Measure and verify layouts with 1/16-inch tape measure accuracy
• Move and stage components with a sit-down forklift and overhead crane
• Execute to manufacturing schedules with minimal supervision
• Take on additional tasks as assigned to keep builds on track

Must-have strengths

• Hands-on manual pipe/tube bending experience
• Blueprint and P&ID literacy
• Mechanical assembly skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of pipe fittings, valves, and switches
• Comfort with calipers, micrometers, and a manual grinder

When you’ll work & what you’ll earn

Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Pay up to $24 per hour, depending on experience.
