Litigation Paralegal

We are a national plaintiffs'-side complex litigation firm with offices in the SF Bay Area, Los Angeles, Houston, Chicago, and Washington, D.C., known for taking cases to trial rather than settling them quietly. We are seeking experienced class action paralegals to join our dynamic team!

We are seeking:

- 2–8 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally with class action, mass tort, or labor & employment

- Comfortable with large-scale discovery, e-discovery platforms (Relativity, Everlaw, etc.), and trial prep

- Experience in one or more of the following areas: employment/wage & hour, ERISA, consumer protection/false advertising, disability rights (ADA), securities, or mass tort/product liability
