About the Role:

As a Med Tech, you will be responsible for providing skilled care to our residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse. Your duties will include:

• Monitoring and reporting vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and oxygen saturation

• Administering medications as per our residents' care plans

• Performing basic wound care and dressing changes as needed

• Assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Maintaining accurate records of resident care and medications

• Collaborating with our nursing team to ensure seamless care transitions

• Providing exceptional customer service to our residents and their families

Requirements:

• 0 years of experience (entry-level positions welcome!)

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Med Tech certification (CMA, CMA (AAS), or CMA (AAMA)) preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that require physical stamina

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
