Dietary Aide – Part-Time

Letort Spring Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dependable Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing facility in Carlisle, PA.

The Dietary Aide works alongside the dietary team to support food service operations and ensure residents receive meals in a timely, safe, and courteous manner while following established dietary, sanitation, and food safety procedures.

Shift Available

• Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Assist with serving meals in a timely manner

• Assist the Cook with meal preparation and food service duties

• Clean and sanitize worktables, meat blocks, refrigerators, freezers, and other kitchen areas

• Serve food trays from carts and dining rooms and transport trays to the dishwashing area

• Assist with dishwashing and kitchen cleanup as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment

• Follow all dietary, sanitation, safety, and infection control policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred but not required

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

• Reliable and committed to providing quality service to residents
