Position Summary: Assembler/Production Worker:
- As an Assembler/Production Worker, you will assemble and prepare products for printing jobs, operate machinery and equipment, perform quality checks, troubleshoot minor issues, and maintain a clean work area.
- The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a production or assembly role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial printing environment.
- Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities: Assembler/Production Worker:
- Assemble and prepare products for printing jobs, following established procedures and quality standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment related to the production process, ensuring efficient and accurate printing.
- Load and unload materials, components, and finished products onto machinery and conveyors.
- Perform quality checks throughout production to ensure adherence to specifications and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor issues or faults in machinery or equipment, escalating larger problems to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.
- Follow production schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and customer demands.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency and address any challenges that may arise.
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by providing suggestions and participating in process enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications: Assembler/Production Worker:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in production or assembly, preferably in a manufacturing or printing environment.
- Familiarity with operating machinery and equipment related to printing or production is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards.
- Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using production software and systems.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting production targets.
