Position: Home Health Aide (HHA)
Location: Northwest Columbus, OH
Employer: BrightStar Care
Compensation: Starting at $16.00 per hour
Schedule: On-call shifts available Monday-Sunday, 7:00AM-7:00PM
Must be available for on-call assignments during scheuled on-call hours

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate On-Call HHA/STNA to support clients in their homes. This position offers a flat hourly rate while on call, plus an additional hourly rate for any shifts you are sent out to work. 
Responsibilities:

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
• Provide mobility assistance and ensure a safe home environment
• Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Monitor client condition and report changes to supervisors
• Follow client-specific care plans and documentation procedures
• Transport clients when necessary
• Comfortable working with pets

Requirements:

• Current HHA/STNA certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in home care or related field
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Hoyer lift experience is a plus
• Must be able to assist with client transfers
