Facility Maintenance Associate
Location: Harrisburg
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17.54/hour

About the Position
We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for an entry-level Custodian/Maintenance Assistant position with a well-established local organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining clean and safe facilities, and enjoys working both indoors and outdoors.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain buildings, offices, and common areas
- Empty trash and replenish restroom supplies
- Wash and wax floors
- Perform general grounds maintenance, including mowing grass and snow removal
- Clean and prepare vacant residential units
- Unclog minor sink and toilet blockages
- Assist maintenance technicians with larger repair projects
- Clean and reassemble appliances such as stoves and refrigerators
- Complete basic residential maintenance repairs
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Comfortable performing physical work indoors and outdoors
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
