We are seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. No insurance experience is required. We provide paid training, licensing assistance, and ongoing development for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and enjoy helping people.

This position offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with customers, develop professional skills, and grow within a successful local business.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct policy reviews and identify customer needs
• Assist customers with auto, home, life, and health insurance products
• Generate quotes and explain coverage options
• Follow up on leads and customer inquiries
• Assist customers with policy changes and service requests
• Schedule and conduct customer review appointments
• Work toward individual and agency production goals
• Participate in training, coaching, and professional development opportunities
