What You Will Be Doing
- Manage a caseload of serious injury cases from intake through trial or resolution.
- Conduct depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and trial preparation.
- Draft pleadings, discovery responses, and legal briefs.
- Collaborate with clients, medical experts, opposing counsel, and the courts.
- Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to overall case strategy and firm growth.
- 2–10 years of exclusvely plaintiff’s personal injury litigation experience.
- Licensed to practice law in New York State.
- Proven litigation and negotiation expertise.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead, organize, and mentor within a team.
- Client-first approach with a focus on achieving results.
