A Day in the Life (2nd Shift)

Arrive for your 2pm start and review the day’s work orders. You’ll stage materials with a sit-down forklift, dial in the HMI so the stacker runs cleanly, and keep production humming until 12:30. As orders change, you’ll verify labels and numbers, adjust settings, and load pallets using a cardboard applicator before handing off finished product to outbound trailers. Training may be scheduled on 1st or 2nd shift.

What You’ll Do

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain automated stacking equipment for consistent throughput.
• Use a sit-down forklift to move materials into the machine and load completed product into shipping trailers.
• Read and confirm work orders and product labels to ensure all details match.
• Make HMI screen adjustments to optimize stacking efficiency and accuracy.
• Load pallets with a cardboard applicator to prep finished goods.

What You’ll Bring

• Manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Hands-on time as an equipment operator using HMI touch screens.
• Background as a sit-down forklift operator.
• Familiarity working with Order Numbers and verifying documentation.
• Strong team communication and collaboration skills.
• Solid, reliable work history.

Schedule

• 2nd shift
• Monday – Friday
• 2pm – 12:30
• Training may be on 1st or 2nd shift.

Proficiencies

• Valid forklift license.
• Demonstrated experience in a manufacturing environment.
