Job Description

Our client is seeking reliable and hardworking Lumpers (Warehouse Unloaders) to join our team in Kearny, NJ on a per diem basis. This role involves loading and unloading freight, sorting products, and supporting warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This is a great side hustle for someone who already is working and looking to make extra money.

Key Responsibilities

Load and unload freight from trucks, trailers, and containers
Sort, stack, and palletize products efficiently
Shrink-wrap and label pallets for shipment
Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, dollies)
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures
Work as part of a team to meet daily productivity goals

Qualifications

Previous warehouse or lumper experience preferred (not required)
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs consistently
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
Basic understanding of warehouse safety practices
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
