RN or LPN - G-Tube Care (Peachtree Corners, GA)

First Choice Homecare Agency is seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide skilled G-Tube care for a client in Peachtree Corners, GA.

Position Details:

• Frequency: 2 visits per week
  Pay: $60 per visit
  Schedule Options:
  • Any time M-F between (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM) 
  •  Or after 5:00 PM 
  • Client unavailable Wednesdays from 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Skilled Nursing Responsibilities:

•  G-Tube site dressing changes (gauze and tape) 
•  Ongoing G-Tube care and maintenance 
•  Tube flushes as ordered 

Requirements:

•  Active GA RN or LPN license 
•  Experience with G-Tube care preferred 
•  Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented 
•  Ability to provide accurate and timely documentation
