Plastics Molding Cell Operator

• Looking for a hands-on role where you can start with no prior machine experience and be trained?
• Comfortable with a fast pace and paying close attention to small details?
• Ready for a rotating schedule and the stability of full-time work?

• 12-hour rotating 2–2–3 schedule (alternating days off; may include weekends)
• 1st Shift: 6:20 AM – 6:30 PM | $18.50/hour
• 2nd Shift: 6:20 PM – 6:30 AM | $20.35/hour

• Operate 3–4 injection molding presses at the same time
• Load plastic materials and keep machines supplied
• Monitor cycles and address basic issues promptly
• Inspect parts as they come off the press; watch for flashing
• Remove and dispose of any defective parts
• Alert a supervisor about quality or equipment concerns
• Run quick checks on lids: Leak Test (no leakage) and Lift Test (opens properly; durable)
• Keep your work area clean and follow safety rules

• Entry-level welcome—training is provided
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures
• Ability to work a 12-hour rotating schedule
• Strong focus on quality and detail
• Reliable team communication and collaboration
• Comfort with standing for long periods and repetitive tasks

• Lift and load materials into machines
• Stand throughout your shift
• Perform repetitive hand motions and visual inspections
