What You’ll Do as an Occupational Therapist:

• Conduct in-home occupational therapy evaluations and deliver individualized treatment interventions
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to improve daily living skills, independence, and quality of life
• Educate clients and families on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated, optimal care
• Document treatment plans and patient progress accurately using electronic health record systems, while maintaining current best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in the state of Florida
• At least 1 year of experience in occupational therapy
• At least 1 year of experience working in a Home Health environment
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Passionate, professional, and committed to excellent care
