Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Assist with errands and transportation to appointments as needed
• Observe and report changes in clients' condition
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• Deliver compassionate, respectful, and dependable care

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide, home care aide, personal care aide, or in a related healthcare role
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Dependable, professional, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Authorized to work in the United States
