Parks Chevrolet Huntersville is accepting applications now for an experienced Warranty Administrator. We are looking for a people-person who has good customer service skills, can multi-task and is eager to learn in a fun, fast-paced environment. Previous Warranty claims experience in a dealership is required.

Responsibilities:
- Review repair orders and submit warranty claims
- Track, reconcile, and resolve rejected claims
- Maintain warranty schedules and documentation
- Communicate with advisors, technicians, and management
- Learn and follow GM warranty policies and procedures
- Assist service department with warranty-related inquiries
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Warranty Administrator in a GM dealership is required
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable learning new computer systems and processes
- Excellent computer and data entry skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
